  Nach dem riesigen Erfolg von „The Singles Collection 1981-1993“ fand man in Frankreich offenbar Gefallen an einer weiteren Best-of-Collection. 1995 erscheint „The Singles Collection“ ausschließlich in Frankreich und enthält 19 Titel. 14 der 19 Titel wurden auch schon auf „The Singles Collection 1981-1993“ veröffentlicht. Dazu gibt es mit „The Touch“ und „World In Perfect Harmony“ zwei Singles, die in Frankreich kleine Erfolge waren. Zusätzlich erscheinen auf dem Album noch „Breakin‘ Away“ und die aktuelle Single „Shame“. Als besonderen Bonustrack gibt es „Les Nuits Sans Kim Wilde“ von Laurent Voulzy, bei dem Kim ein paar Textzeilen beisteuerte.
  After the big success of „The Singles Collection 1981-1993“ another best-of-compilation was released in France. “The Singles Collection” was released in France only and contains 19 tracks. 14 of them were previously released on “The Singles Collection 1981-1993”. Two minor hits were included (“The Touch” & “World In Perfect Harmony”) and the latest singles “Breakin’ Away” and “Shame”. As a special bonus track Laurent Voulzy’s “Les Nuits Sans Kim Wilde” was also included.
